My ink cartridges would not work. In two different copiers, different kinds also, would not work. I gave up, put them aside and left them till today. I put them back in and voila they worked. I don't know what I did, but it was like I never had a problem. With that being said, I can't rate them truthfully, yet. I gave a three rating because I had this trouble. After using and seeing how long and if keeps working, I will rate again at that time

Have purchased these over many years and found these equal to or better than new ink cartridges and the price is excellent. These remanufactures are long lasting.

Have purchased these numerous times that work effectively as new in my HP Deskjet Printer with 65XL Ink at less cost.

Always receive my ink promptly and at a reasonable price. I appreciate the recycled aspect, and it's a good product.

Regret that I didn't discover DoorStepLink sooner. But better late than never! Really fast dependable service, reasonable cost and outstanding quality. Can we change that 5 srar rating to maybe 10 star?

What a great reasonably priced product. But, I do have an issue with my recent purchase. I received a pair of B&W/color cartridges for my HP 2640 printer. Fortunately, I only really needed a color cartridge because when I installed the new DoorStepInk cartridges the B&W was faulty and would not function in my printer. I replaced the new color 65XL and am reusing the old B&W. Everything is fine, but the B&W remanufactured cartridge will not work. I don't know if it is empty (which the printer says it is) or if it is just damaged. I will certainly continue to purchase these cartridges but am very disappointed that only one cartridge in the pair is useable. I guess the reduced price is really not a sale afterall !!!

I haven't used the cartridges yet but the service was easy and great. Delivery was a lot faster than I expected. I figured a couple weeks and I had the cartridges in about 5 days. I'm excited to use the rewards program. Cartridges are not cheap and I hate throwing away the old ones. I'm happy to return the old ones for free and get a discount on my next order!
