Even though you claim to be a remanufature company your claim was you were selling new and when I installed them the hp printer they were listed as new and they were packaged as new so I was very happy. I would have given 5 stars except you sent 3 blk instead of an xl blk which is equivalent but not as advertised. All in all I was satisfied.
