Original HP 910XL Black & 910 Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Ink Cartridges

No problem. Satisfied with the quality of the product!

I had my doubts, but these were the original Hewlett Packer cartridges, but they just didn’t come in the prepackaged box, but they all came sealed and brand new and my printer accepted it. My printer would not have accepted it if they were not original HP cartridges. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I have now placed around a dozen orders with doorstepink.com over the last few years. My only regret is that I did not find them earlier. With rrae eception heir crtridges are as good as OEM, and I've run the gamut on ways to avoid being "forced" to by. ink that is SERIOUSLY overpriced. I'm a fan, I've told many of my small-business colleagues, and intend to continue using this exceptional American company!!!

The original HP cartridges were detected by my HP Printer model 8015 E and the printer prints very nicely!

I ordered 2 sets for my printer because the price was so good. They were delivered fast and correct, but the cartridges sent an error through the printer. Customer service was very responsive and corrected the issue immediately and everything works great. I will definitely be a return customer.

These cartridges are not original HP cartridges. My HP Officejet printer rejected them- money completely lost.

Can’t give an accurate review yet have not used them. Shipping was exceptional.

i had problems with two of the colors not working. i called and 1 was replaced. Had to call again as 2nd wasnt working. Was told they would send out a whole new set and didnt recieve it,

One cartridge was faulty. They sent me a new one with no hassle.

I ordered two sets of ink cartridges for my HP Officepro printer. I installed them and it said they were not authentic HP cartridges. I called customer service and they had me read them the number off the boxes and they said they had a bad batch of Cyan ink cartridges and would send 2 replacements out soon. I had them within 3 to 4 days and everything works great now. I get that sometimes things happen, but having them correct it so quickly is why I gave 5 stars. I would buy from them again.

I ordered the XL 910 cartridges, but had trouble with the cyan one. It wouldn’t work. I called DoorStep Ink and they quickly sent me a replacement. Appreciate so much getting customer service that follows through and does what they stated they would do! The individual I spoke with was friendly, polite, and very professional!

Initially I was quite frustrated when one of the ink cartridges was long out of date and would not load. I was on a tight printing schedule over the weekend and purchased a “new original” to get things working. Dealing with the service department on Monday and Tuesday was also a bIt off putting at first, but was very nicely handled and additional working cartridges were sent to make up for my “difficulties.” Nice recovery!

The site seemed iffy, with the popups and things spelled incorrectly. But the price for OEM cartridges was right (cheap, but not too cheap), so I gave it a try. I got a 4-pack (3 color, 1 black) and the printer wouldn't register the Cyan. I did a little digging and the Cyan cartridge manufactured during the timestamped period had a defect that made it unusable. I contacted Customer Service via email about the issue and they quickly got back to me and shipped me another one, which works great. I'm really happy with this site and will continue to use it.

When I first received the new HP cartridges, I placed in the printer (each cartridge having it's own slot). The printer kept indicating the magenta cartridge was not compatible. I tried several times taking cartridges in and out. No luck. I called customer service who attempted to help me solve problem verbally. After several more times, ot was decided new cartridges would be sent by DoorStep. Cartridges arrived a few days later, and inserted, with no problems. The price was right, and the service was excellent. I would recommend DoorStep and will continue to place orders for replacement cartridges.

Explained that 3 of the 4 new ink cartridge's I received were only 3/4 full. They sent me replacement ones at no charge. Excellant customer service!

Was a little disappointed when I first purchased.Cyan ink was dried up,or empty right out of the original package.The date on the package was expired.I e-mailed Becky,and she got a replacement out to me right away.Printer is operating great now!

The ink was at a price too good to pass up. There was an issue with a delay in shipping my order. The company did indicate that as a possibility due to USPS delivery issues. But, I reached out to customer service, within the same 24 hours they had rectified the issue. Thanks DoorStepInk. I will use you again.

You sent me "expired" ink cartridges that were dried up and didn't work. I am waiting for my money back, they have been sent back.

Received ink via mail order from DoorStepInk. Ink cartages arrived quickly, and cost was better than shopping close to home. I have been very happy with quality and cost.
