Remanufacturing is an industrial process whereby spent inkjet cartridges are disassembled and cleaned, refilled, engineered to become "as new", fully tested, and then marketed as own-brand cartridges, competing on the basis of price and quality with new cartridges. The empty cartridges are collected from consumers, businesses, charities, sporting clubs, schools, etc. At the forefront of the development of new, environmentally friendly manufacturing, the remanufacturing industry is also instituting new, industry-wide systems and initiatives which are creating a recognizable foundation of quality and effective management across all markets. A. Yes, we accept all inkjet cartridges, regardless of their make, model, or condition.

A. No, we do not accept laser & toner cartridges for recycling.
Q. Do I need to use my own boxes to ship my empty cartridges to you?
A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking.
