As our research & development team implements quality into our products and procedures, our quality assurance team ensures that quality is consistent and guaranteed. The QA team is set up as an independent department with only the interest and expectations of the customer in mind. Having solid knowledge of the inner workings of every cartridge allows us to construct our QA & testing procedures to make certain our cartridges perform to the same specifications as the original equipment manufacturer brand. Testing includes lifetime performance, duration, color breadth, and page yields.
