A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking. Have been using your guys remanufactured in for a few months now for my commercial printer. So far it has been great! Great service, great pricing & fast shipping! I do sometimes get error messages on the cartridges itself not wanting to read the remanufactured shell but over all very pleased.
