Ink cartridges

Your service was great, but before putting your cartridges in my printer, my printer for some reason will not print from my computer anymore. It will make copies, however. I think it's because of Windows 11 the printer will no longer connect. So, I don't know if I can return the cartridges for a refund (I did NOT use them. It looks like I will need to replace the printer with a newer one instead. Sorry!
