A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking. The ink arrived pretty quick and we're exact HP ink cartridges, with no errors taking place on the install. I do feel this ink pack was a good value when looking at Staples being nearly twice as much. I would buy from this vendor again.
