HP 564XL cartridges

I have been trying to find HP 564 XL black and colored ink. I came across this website-Doorstep Ink. It was very easy to order, arrived on time and good price. The ink was sealed. It is new, but it looks like the cartridges were not in their original small box like showing online. I’m not sure why.
