Remanufacturing is an industrial process whereby spent inkjet cartridges are disassembled and cleaned, refilled, engineered to become "as new", fully tested, and then marketed as own-brand cartridges, competing on the basis of price and quality with new cartridges. A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking.
