A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking. Looks like they had not been tested and not have a QC sticker or stamp. All refilled inks should be tested before shipping.
