A. Yes, you should use any box that fits your empty cartridges to ship. Make sure the box is sturdy and will survive shipping. If available, you can use the DoorStepInk box your new cartridges arrived in. It was designed for customers to return their empty cartridges to us. Also, please place empty cartridges in a plastic bag or Ziploc to prevent leaking. Outstanding customer assistance!

The staff at DSI have been very outstanding at helping me with some cartridges that were faulty. Exchanges were handled with patience and a great attitude-never any hassle. Most of their products have worked perfectly (been ordering from them sor several years)-especially considering the model printer I am using for unique art projects. In a couple instances when a cartridge was faulty, they were polite, intent on tracking down the problem, and immediate in responding. I highly recommend them!
