None of these worked in Brand New Printer

Unfortunately, none of the five cartridges worked in either of our 2 brand new Brother Printers, same model. Customer service was great and they sent replacement 5, but none of those worked either. Went through all the troubleshooting steps both times from Brother website and DoorstepInk on both sets of ink cartridges on both brand new Brother printers. Still, nothing worked as printers could not detect these ink cartridges. Cartridges from Brother worked. Waiting for refund but customer service was helpful each time.
