I purchased for my R1800 Epson photo stylus printer. A couple of the cartridges didn’t like my printer or my printer didn’t like them. I’m not really sure. I immediately contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and replaced the cartridges. Then they sent me a return label so I could return the unusable cartridges to them Without having to spend additional funds. I really appreciate the great customer service.
