I ordered hard-to-find color and black ink cartridges for my old HP printer. The black cartridge worked, but no ink came out of the color cartridge. The person who talked to me on the phone suggested running the cleaning cycle, which didn't yield better results. But when I called again, she promptly sent me a replacement, which was fine. I agree with the concept of keeping unwanted cartridges out of landfills and It's inevitable that some older items may not function, so the satisfaction guarantee gives me the confidence to buy from DoorStepInk.

Worked as they should.
Was able to purchase ink cartridges #96 and #97 for my HP printer. Printer is in mint condition, but “obsolete” as far as purchasing replacement cartridges in a store. Ordered cartridges through Staples only to find they were rejected by the printer as counterfeit. Doorstepink had exactly what I needed, telephone representative was courteous and helpful; now all is well in senior citizen technologically illiterate land. Thank you! Will recommend.

It is extremely hard to find HP96 ink today. I needed to cartridges of HP96 in its original containers from Hewlett Packard, NOT remanufactiured. And I received it in a very timely manner. I saved the paperwork so I can be sure to order it from you again when I need it.

I have an older printer and have had a hard time finding replacement ink cartridges. HP has designed their printers so that they don't recognize refilled cartridges. I seldom use the printer, so wanted to avoid having to buy a new printer. I know I'll eventually have to do that, but these cartridges have taken care of my immediate needs. The price was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommend.
